When was the last time you did a customer survey?
If your answer is “Well, it’s been a while…”, “Um, I meant to do one last year”, or (and I’m clutching my pearls now) “Never” — you’re going to want to see what I’ve got for you on this week’s pod episode.
Because customer surveys are like a health check for your program or course. They can alert you to current problems or give you a heads-up on potential problems further down the road.
